Following the resounding success of our inaugural Kent and Medway Black Health Inequalities Summit—described by attendees as powerful, transformative, and long overdue—WeThriveTogether Outreach CIC is entering its next phase of strategic development.
The summit brought together community voices, system leaders, academics, and practitioners in a shared commitment to understand, address, and reduce health inequalities across Kent. The depth of insight, lived experience, and collaborative energy generated has created a clear mandate for action.
We are now actively:
- Translating summit outcomes into tangible, system-level actions
- Strengthening partnerships across community, statutory, and academic sectors
- Designing innovative, community-led approaches to bridge health inequality gaps
- Refining our long-term strategy to ensure sustainable, measurable impact
As part of this evolution, our website is currently being redesigned to better reflect:
- The scale and ambition of our work
- Our growing network of partners
- Opportunities for collaboration, investment, and engagement
We remain firmly committed to our mission:
- to work collaboratively with communities and system partners to reduce health inequalities and improve outcomes for underserved populations across Kent and Medway.
We invite you to stay connected as we build this next chapter.
